Leader – Operations

Role Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized Leader to support our operations team in Segambut, Kuala Lumpur. This is an on-site role responsible for coordinating workforce activities, monitoring attendance and performance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across assigned sites.

The successful candidate will work closely with supervisors, operators, and management to maintain workforce productivity, ensure accurate reporting, and support manpower planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the onboarding process for new operators.
• Monitor daily attendance and performance of operators.
• Liaise with site supervisors to obtain operator performance updates.
• Collect, verify, and maintain employee documentation.
• Prepare and submit daily attendance reports to management.
• Monitor manpower shrinkage and provide timely updates on recruitment requirements for backfilling.
• Maintain accurate records in the HRMS and ensure timely data updates.
• Support day-to-day operational and administrative activities as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in operations, workforce coordination, administration, or a related field is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience using HRMS software is an added advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Possess a valid Malaysian driving licence and own transportation, as travel to operational sites is required.
