The Research Analyst will be responsible for gathering information from a variety of sources, organizing and validating data, performing quantitative and qualitative analysis, and preparing reports, presentations, and dashboards. You will identify trends, patterns, and opportunities, evaluate research findings, and provide recommendations based on evidence and data-driven analysis.

This role involves monitoring industry developments, market trends, competitor activities, and relevant economic or business indicators to support strategic planning. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand research requirements, communicate analytical results, and contribute to continuous improvements in research methodologies and reporting processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Social Sciences, Market Research, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of research methodologies, including qualitative and quantitative research techniques.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis, data interpretation, and analytical problem-solving methods.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools.
• Ability to collect, organize, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
