Software Engineer / DeveloperPosition Overview

The Software Engineer / Developer designs, develops, tests, and maintains software applications that support business operations and customer needs. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions while following modern software engineering best practices throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Key ResponsibilitiesSoftware Development

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications and systems
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
• Develop new features and enhance existing applications
• Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Review technical requirements and implement software solutions
• Ensure software meets functional and technical specifications

Application Development

• Develop web, mobile, and enterprise applications

• Maintain application architecture and technical documentation
• Support software deployment and production releases

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Ensure software quality, security, and performance standards

System Design & Engineering

DevOps & Deployment

• Contribute to infrastructure automation and DevOps practices

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and business analysts
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
• Estimate development effort and technical timelines
• Share technical knowledge and coding best practices
• Research emerging technologies and software trends
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
