Financial AnalystRole Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support strategic decision-making through financial planning, data analysis, budgeting, and performance evaluation. This role is responsible for collecting and analyzing financial information, preparing reports, developing forecasts, and providing insights that help improve operational efficiency and business performance.
The Financial Analyst will collaborate with finance, operations, and business teams to evaluate financial results, identify trends, and recommend data-driven solutions. Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting principles.
- Knowledge of financial modeling, variance analysis, and business performance measurement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with financial systems, enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms, and business intelligence software.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to interpret complex financial information and develop actionable recommendations.
