Talent ManagerRole Description

We are seeking a strategic and people-centric Talent Manager to lead enterprise talent management initiatives that attract, develop, engage, and retain high-performing employees. In this role, you will design and implement talent strategies that strengthen leadership capability, succession planning, workforce planning, performance management, and employee development while aligning talent initiatives with the organization's long-term business objectives.

You will collaborate closely with executive leadership, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, department managers, and business leaders to identify workforce needs, assess organizational capabilities, and implement innovative talent programs that foster employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional leadership, coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers and build a culture of continuous learning and high performance.

Key responsibilities include leading talent reviews, developing leadership development programs, managing succession planning initiatives, implementing performance management frameworks, supporting workforce planning, analyzing people metrics, and driving employee engagement strategies. The Talent Manager will also oversee career development initiatives, organizational development projects, change management activities, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs while ensuring compliance with employment policies and best HR practices.

Success in this role requires strategic thinking, emotional intelligence, business acumen, and the ability to create scalable talent solutions that enhance employee experience, strengthen leadership pipelines, and support sustainable organizational growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement enterprise-wide talent management strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead succession planning, leadership development, and high-potential employee programs.
  • Oversee performance management, talent reviews, and career development initiatives.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify talent gaps and workforce planning needs.
  • Design employee engagement and retention strategies to strengthen organizational culture.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to optimize recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
  • Partner with Learning and Development teams to deliver leadership and professional development programs.
  • Utilize HR analytics and people metrics to support strategic workforce decisions.
  • Coach managers on employee performance, career progression, and leadership development.
  • Lead organizational development and change management initiatives.
  • Promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and employee well-being programs.
  • Monitor talent KPIs and prepare executive reports and workforce dashboards.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, HR policies, and corporate governance standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement across talent management processes and HR programs.
  • Stay informed about emerging HR technologies, workforce trends, and talent management best practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, Management, or a related discipline.
  • Master's degree or professional HR certification is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of talent management, organizational development, succession planning, leadership development, and performance management.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms, talent management systems, and people analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with workforce planning, employee engagement, and learning management systems.
  • Strong analytical, coaching, and strategic problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Power BI, and HR reporting tools.
  • Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and employee development.
  • Strong relationship-building and change management skills.
  • Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CIPD, PHR, or SPHR are preferred.
