Vouch is representing a distinguished client in the Maritime Industry, we are seeking a Business Development Manager to join the business. You will play a crucial role in identifying, evaluating, and executing mergers and acquisitions (M&A) to expand our portfolio of assets. You will leverage your expertise in financial modeling and industry knowledge to drive strategic growth and enhance our market position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential M&A opportunities in the Maritime/ Supply Chain/ Logistics industries
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and modeling to assess the viability and value of potential acquisitions
• Develop and present detailed business cases and investment proposals to senior management and stakeholders
• Lead negotiations and manage the entire M&A process, from initial contact through to closing
• Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
• Monitor and report on the performance of acquired assets to ensure alignment with strategic objectives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
• 5-10 years of experience in corporate/ business development and M&A role
• Proven track record of successfully executing large scale M&A transactions
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Strong network within the Maritime/ Supply Chain/ Logistics industry
• Willingness to travel as needed
