BIM Coordinator (Malaysian citizen only)

# About the Role

China Construction Development (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a motivated **BIM Coordinator** to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating BIM models, supporting multidisciplinary project teams, and ensuring BIM deliverables meet project and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and coordinate BIM models and construction drawings using Autodesk Revit.
* Coordinate Architectural, Structural, MEP, and Civil disciplines.
* Review and audit BIM models from consultants and contractors.
* Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues.
* Ensure BIM deliverables comply with project requirements and standards.
* Participate in BIM coordination meetings and support design reviews.
* Carry out other duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

* Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
* Experience in BIM coordination within the construction industry.
* Proficient in Autodesk Revit. Knowledge of Navisworks is an added advantage.
* Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
* **Malaysian citizens only.**
