Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage commissioning activities for new clinics and equipment to ensure timely operational readiness.
- Arrange commissioning schedules with vendors, BME staff, and end users while minimizing scheduling conflicts.
- Liaise with vendors to address technical queries and ensure all requirements are completed before delivery and commissioning.
- Work with MMD on PO-related matters and provide regular updates on commissioning progress, schedules, and equipment status.
- Keep commissioning documentation and vendor contact lists accurate and up to date, and perform other assigned duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years' relevant working experience (Healthcare BME preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Biomedical equipment, and project/vendor management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
