Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal departments, subcontractors, consultants, and clients to prepare and consolidate weekly and monthly project progress reports.

• Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion of project milestones.

• Prepare and update weekly progress reports, project development status, and performance forecasts.

• Develop and manage the Master Programme using Primavera P6 during both the tender and project execution stages.

• Assist in tender preparation by developing technical plans, methodologies, technical proposals, and presentation materials for client submissions.

• Monitor project progress, identify critical interfaces, potential clashes, constraints, delays, and project risks, and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.

• Review contract requirements and identify, document, and report potential variations or changes to the project scope.

• Attend coordination meetings and liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers regarding design development, technical drawings, construction methodologies, material approvals, and technical documentation.

• Ensure project planning and scheduling activities comply with contractual requirements and company standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.

• Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in the construction and building industry, preferably with large-scale infrastructure or building projects.

• Proficient in Primavera P6 for project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting.

• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, project planning principles, and contract administration.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
