We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-focused Academy Operations & Student Services Executive to support training operations, maintain and enforce Standard Operating Procedures to ensure operational and regulatory compliance as well as to manage student services from enquiry follow-ups and enrolment conversions through course completion to ensure a positive learner experience

• Stakeholder Coordination

Requisites

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Education, Operations, or related field
• Experience in training administration, education operations, or regulated environments preferred
• Strong documentation and process-orientation mindset
• Ability to balance compliance, service quality, and enrolment targets
• Comfortable with follow-ups and student engagement in accordance with approved processes
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM / student management systems
• Strong communication and organisational skills
