Role Description The Finance Executive is a full-time hybrid role based in WP Kuala Lumpur, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and maintaining accurate financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations. Day-to-day tasks include managing accounts, supporting month-end and year-end closing activities, handling SST-related documentation and submissions, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting. The Finance Executive will collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide financial insights, support audits, and contribute to continuous improvement of finance processes within a technology-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Finance and Analytical Skills to support data-driven decision making.
• Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Financial Statements and Financial Reporting to ensure accurate and timely accounts preparation.
• Candidates should possess understanding of Sales and Services Tax (SST) and related regulatory requirements.
• Relevant academic background in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, with attention to detail and strong numerical skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
• Experience in a consulting, technology, or professional services environment is an advantage.
