Job Description

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Assist in the full recruitment cycle including job posting, shortlisting, interview arrangement, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records (personal files, leave records, etc.).
  • Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Administer monthly payroll processing, including statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB), annual Form E & Form EA preparation, and Form 22 submission to local authorities.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal processes and probation review tracking.
  • Support in organizing staff training, engagement activities, and HR-related events.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal HR policies.
  • Perform ad hoc task

Administrative:

  • Manage office stationery and pantry/snack inventory – track usage, replenish stock regularly, and ensure availability.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of common office areas including meeting rooms and pantry.
  • Oversee access card system: maintain records of door access assignments, handle issuance/deactivation for new and resigning employees.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers for office maintenance, supplies, and utilities.
  • Handle courier and incoming mail distributions.
  • Assist in document filing, preparation of letters, memos, and internal communications.
  • Prepare and maintain admin reports (attendance, petty cash, maintenance schedules).
  • Perform ad hoc task

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR and/or administrative roles.
  • Familiar with Malaysia Labour Law and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in statutory compliance and reporting (Form E, Form 22, EA Form, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and approachable attitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and multitask effectively


RM 4,300 – RM 5,300 per month
