Key Responsibilities

• Perform site measurement and quantity take-off for construction works
• Verify and update BOQ based on site progress and drawings
• Conduct cost estimation and material quantity analysis
• Measure completed works for progress claims and subcontractor payments
• Support variation order assessment and cost reconciliation
• Liaise with site and engineering teams for accurate surveying data

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field
• Experience in construction or semiconductor projects preferred
• Strong knowledge of contract management and cost control
• Good analytical and negotiation skills
• Proficient in MS Excel and QS software
• Able to work in a diverse, fast-paced environment

Contract Details

• 2 years Fixed-Term Contract (Renewable)
• Availability: Immediate or as soon as possible
