Your Responsibilities:

Service Responsibilities



Perform daily front-of-house tasks: take orders, manage cashiering, consolidate sales, serve food and beverages, and handle reservation calls


Deliver excellent customer service and handle feedback professionally


Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, grooming, and behaviour


Follow company SOPs and ensure cleanliness and sanitation in all service areas


Assist with food and drink preparation when needed


Carry out opening and closing duties


Support other ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors



Kitchen Responsibilities



Prepare and cook food promptly according to company SOPs


Maintain food safety and hygiene standards


Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the kitchen environment


Clean food prep areas and kitchen equipment regularly


Carry out other tasks assigned by supervisors



Requirements



Guest-oriented with a strong service mindset


Self-motivated, disciplined, and a team player with good interpersonal skills


Able to work in a fast-paced environment


Responsible with a positive working attitude


Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holiday
