Job Description

• Prepare and set up science laboratory equipment and materials for lessons and practical activities.
• Assist teachers with experiments, demonstrations ,and STEM programmes.
• Maintain laboratory cleanliness, safety, inventory and equipment.
• Conduct routine equipment checks and coordinate repairs when required.
• Provide front desk support and attend to enquiries from parents, visitors, and staff.
• Handle administrative duties, including data entry, filing, documentation, scheduling, and report preparation.
• Support school programmes, events, meetings, and logistics.
• Assist with Science Department activities, exhibitions, enrichment programmes, and learning journeys.
• Work closely with teachers, school staff, and external vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform other duties assigned by the School Leaders or Operations Manager.

Requirements:

• Completed Secondary School education.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in laboratory operations, administration, or customer service within a school environment.
• Basic knowledge of laboratory procedures and safety practices.
• Familiarity with office administration and customer service processes.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
