Job Summary

Lead research and development of algorithms for wireless ICs, supporting hardware integration and testing to deliver innovative solutions in a dynamic, global team environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize algorithms for wireless ICs, including baseband, positioning, bioradar, and motor control algorithms to enhance device performance
• Produce comprehensive design documentation to guide hardware development and testing processes
• Collaborate with hardware teams to support integration and troubleshoot issues during development phases
• Analyze and resolve technical challenges encountered in wireless IC development to ensure product reliability and functionality
• Communicate effectively in English within a global, cross-functional team to drive project progress
• Adapt to diverse tasks and dynamic environments by applying strong learning skills and self-motivation

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in wireless IC design, demonstrating practical application of algorithm development in integrated circuits
• Master’s degree or higher in signal processing, microelectronics, communications, computer science, or related fields
