Role Focus

This internship is designed to build a strong foundation in two key areas:

Financial Literacy — Develop a practical understanding of financial concepts, informed financial decision-making, and the principles that support long-term financial well-being.

Industry Exposure — Gain meaningful exposure to the financial services industry through structured learning, practical assignments, mentorship, and insight into professional business workflows.

Throughout the programme, you'll apply what you learn through guided projects and real workplace experiences while receiving mentorship from experienced professionals.

What You'll Do

• Observe and support selected operational workflows, including preparation, documentation, coordination, and follow-up activities.
• Attend structured learning sessions, market updates, and product briefings led by experienced professionals.
• Assist with guided assignments involving research, information gathering, presentation preparation, template development, and operational coordination.
• Learn how professional processes progress from planning and analysis through implementation, execution, and review.
• Participate in structured reflection sessions with personalised mentorship and developmental feedback to identify strengths and opportunities for continued growth.
