1.    Order management: to ensure smoothorder receiving and processing
2.    Supply Operation :
a)    Handle enquiries from Distributors 

b)    Liaise with forwarders and suppliers onshipments arrangement
c)    Handling of shipment documentation, e.g Invoice, Packinglist, Bill of Lading etc to ensure smooth custom &  clearance byimporters
3.    Handling of warranty claims, short mispacking report andlogistics quality problem report
4.    Handles SAP Payment of supplier and buyer invoices
5.    Prepare monthly report to report on KPI results
