We are looking for compassionate, service-oriented, and proactive Care Associates to support the daily operations of our Senior Assisted Living facility. If you enjoy interacting with seniors and are passionate about creating a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the reception counter and attend to residents, visitors, contractors, and service providers.
Handle enquiries, telephone calls, visitor registration, mail, parcels, and deliveries.
Monitor the resident panic button/call bell system and respond promptly to emergencies, escalating cases to the Duty Manager, Nurse, or emergency services where required.
Record emergency activations and report any system faults.
Conduct routine safety and security rounds and monitor residents' well-being.
Coordinate maintenance, housekeeping, and vendor visits, ensuring common areas remain clean and organised.
Assist with resident appointments, transport arrangements, admissions, orientation, and settling-in.
Maintain accurate operational records, including visitor logs, incident reports, and shift handovers.
Support audits, inspections, and other operational or administrative duties assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements

Passionate about caring for and serving seniors.
Minimum Secondary School education.
Experience in caregiving, customer service, hospitality, healthcare, or a related field is an advantage.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsible, patient and able to remain calm during emergencies.
Basic computer literacy.
Willing to work rotating morning and afternoon shifts.
