About Us

DSOURCING PTE LTD is a leading semiconductor equipment service and solutions provider in Singapore. We specialise in equipment refurbishment, spare parts supply, maintenance support, and engineering services for global semiconductor manufacturers.

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Assistant to support our warehouse operations and inventory management activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods and materials.
• Pick, pack, and prepare items for delivery or shipment.
• Perform stock counting and inventory reconciliation.
• Update inventory records and warehouse documentation.
• Assist in loading and unloading deliveries.
• Ensure proper labelling, storage, and housekeeping of warehouse items.
• Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and operations teams.
• Support annual stock take and inventory audits.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean warehouse environment.

Requirements

• Minimum Secondary School / N-Level qualification.
• Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Able to lift and move warehouse materials safely.
• Familiar with basic computer applications (Microsoft Excel, email).
• Responsible, organised, and able to work independently.
