Education: Bachelor's Degree In Architecture recognize by Lembaga Arkitek Malaysia
Experience: 5-10 years
Nationality: Malaysians Only
Own transport: Motorcycle

- Resident Architect (1 position)
Location :-
Lapangan Terbang Tawau
Qualification :-
- Possess a qualified / recognized architectural degree with LAM / PAM (Part 2)
- Knowledge of construction method, Microsoft Project or equivalents.
- Minimum 7 years experience of similar capacity.
- Able to assist Principal Architect in Contract Administration.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
- Experience in supervising and coordinating with Consultants, Site Staffs,
Contractors and others.
- Meticulous on construction quality and appearance.
- Duration of Work : 24 months
