Who We Are

As Singapore’s longest established bank, we have been dedicated to enabling individuals and businesses to achieve their aspirations since 1932. How? By taking the time to truly understand people. From there, we provide support, services, solutions, and career paths that meet their individual needs and desires.

Today, we’re on a journey of transformation. Leveraging technology and creativity to become a future-ready learning organisation. But for all that change, our strategic ambition is consistently clear and bold, which is to be Asia’s leading financial services partner for a sustainable future.

We invite you to build the bank of the future. Innovate the way we deliver financial services. Work in friendly, supportive teams. Build lasting value in your community. Help people grow their assets, business, and investments. Take your learning as far as you can. Or simply enjoy a vibrant, future-ready career.

Your Opportunity Starts Here.

In a business project manager role, you will lead and drive strategic initiatives from a business user perspective, ensuring successful delivery of projects aligned with organizational objectives. You will act as a key bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners, with accountability for delivering high-quality, user-centric solutions.

  • Work closely with IT PM and lead the end-to-end delivery of projects, from initiation through implementation and post-go-live support
    • Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
    • Ensure readiness for deployment, including training, communication, and change management
    • Support smooth production rollout and transition to BAU
    • Provide regular project updates to management, highlighting risks, issues, and mitigation plans
    • Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
    • Ensure adherence to governance standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls
    • Maintain proper project documentation and audit readiness

    Who you are

    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Experience in stockbroking, capital markets, or trading environments is highly advantageous
    • Familiarity with post-trade processes; clearing & settlement a plus
