Join our Talent Management Program (TMP) Internship and gain hands-on experience in maintaining and servicing elevators and escalators.

This internship is designed for students who enjoy technical and hands-on work and are interested in building a career with Schindler through our Talent Management Program after completing their studies.

You will work alongside experienced technicians and learn real-world skills in maintenance, troubleshooting, safety, and field operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist technicians in servicing and maintaining elevators and escalators.

• Support troubleshooting and repair work under supervision.

• Assist in equipment inspections and maintenance activities.

• Learn how to use tools and equipment safely and correctly.

• Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times.

• Assist in preparing service and maintenance records.

• Work closely with supervisors and team members on daily tasks.

• Participate in training and development activities provided by the company.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or other related technical disciplines with minimum CGPA 3.0 and above.

• Internship required as part of your studies.

• Interested to join Schindler's Talent Management Program after completing your internship and studies.

• Basic knowledge of electrical or technical subjects.

• Willing to learn and work in a hands-on technical environment.
