Requirements:

• Experience in Logistics/Warehouse/Shipping

• Familiarity with SAP and Warehouse Management System (WMS)

• Willingness to work overtime if required

• Fluency in English and Mandarin (to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients)

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Liaise with customers for movements of cargo

• Receive delivery orders and storing instructions from customers

• Perform entries in WMS and SAP

• Liaise with forwarders for vessel schedules

• Process all picking instructions and release to operations

• Prepare labels for marking and re-branding of cargoes

• Coordinate with the Transport Department for transportation and shipping requirements

• Arrange fumigation and inspections

• Generate stuffing reports

• Send weekly/monthly reports to customers

• Assign relevant charges in WMS

• Any other tasks assigned by the Manager

Working hours/ Working location:

• Monday to Friday (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM)

• Taman Nusa Sentral, Iskandar Puteri, Johor
