Role Overview

We are looking for a competent and patient-focused Registered Nurse to join our founding clinical team. This role goes beyond routine nursing — you will be hands-on in delivering IV therapies, supporting wellness procedures, and ensuring every patient feels safe, informed, and well cared for throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform nursing duties in a wellness clinic setting, including IV cannulation, venepuncture, infusions, and injections

• Assist doctors during consultations, health screenings, and clinical procedures

• Prepare and monitor patients before, during, and after treatments — ensuring safety, comfort, and proper aftercare

• Maintain accurate nursing and treatment records in compliance with clinical governance standards

• Enforce infection control, safety protocols, and clinical SOPs at all times

• Manage medical supplies, equipment, and medication inventory

• Educate patients on their treatments, wellness programmes, and post-procedure care

• Support smooth day-to-day clinic operations and uphold high standards of patient service

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC), registered with Lembaga Jururawat Malaysia (LJM)

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from a recognised institution

• Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience with demonstrated competency in IV cannulation and venepuncture

• Strong clinical skills with sound knowledge of nursing procedures and best practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — ability to engage patients from diverse backgrounds

• Empathetic, patient-centred approach with genuine dedication to patient care

• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary clinical team

• Willingness to learn and adapt to wellness-focused and preventive care models

• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia required; Mandarin or other languages are an added advantage

• Willing to travel occasionally for work-related trips
