Job description
Support daily purchasing activities based on BOM and internal requests.
Source suppliers, obtain quotations and prepare Purchase Orders (PO).
Follow up supplier delivery status and ensure timely material availability.
Maintain BOM tracking records and update purchasing status accurately.
Coordinate receiving activities, allocate materials to projects and perform system data entry.
Monitor stock movement (stock in / stock out) when required.
Arrange and coordinate shipments, including local and international deliveries, when required.
Prepare sales quotations, Delivery Orders (DO) and invoices based on company procedures.
Perform other procurement and administrative duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Minimum SPM, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Willing to learn, responsible and able to work independently.
Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy and follow-up skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage due to communication with Mandarin-speaking suppliers.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
