Job Description:

1.Provide pre-sales technical support for IC testers and test solutions; participate in market research for new product development and existing product improvements; conduct technical feasibility assessments for testing technologies.

2.Develop new customers and maintain existing customer relationships; engage in technical communication with customers regarding equipment functions, specifications, and test solutions; identify and guide customer needs to support sales target achievement.

3. Organize technical training for customers and internal sales teams, serve as the bridge between sales, R&D, and end customers; support the sales team in meeting performance goals.

4.Monitor new technologies and products in the industry; collect and analyze competitor solutions and products; conduct comparative analysis with our company's products and technologies; deliver research reports and propose requirements for new product development.

Job Requirements:

1.Bachelor's degree or above; 5+ years of experience in semiconductor ATE equipment or related test equipment usage and promotion.

2.Solid understanding of IC testing technologies; experience in test development for analog/mixed-signal, digital, or SoC products is preferred.

3.Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills; ability to work under pressure and adapt to short-term business travel.

4.Some team management experience is a plus; relevant customer resources are preferred.

职位描述：

1、集成电路IC测试机及测试解决方案的售前工作支持，参与公司新产品及现有产品的改进的市场调研，测试技术可行性评估。

2、开拓新客户，维护老客户。与客户进行技术交流，设备功能及指标交流，测试技术方案沟通。发掘及引导客户需求，促成销售目标达成。

3、组织对客户的技术培训及对内部商务销售进行技术培训，作为商务销售和技术研发及终端客户三者间的桥梁，协助商务销售完成业绩目标。

4、对行业内新技术，新产品进行技术跟踪，针对竞争对手的解决方案和产品进行汇总分析，结合公司产品及技术进行比较分析，输出调研报告及新产品研发需求。

职位要求：

1、本科学历，5年及以上半导体ATE设备或半导体领域相关测试设备的使用及推广经验。

2、熟悉了解集成电路的测试技术。对模拟及混合信号产品，数字及SOc等产品的测试开发有相关工作经验者优先。

3、具备良好的沟通能力，组织协调能力；具备一定抗压能力，适应短期出差。

4、有一定团队管理经验，有相关客户资源。
