About the role

Join Inovatif Motor Sdn Bhd' as a Sales Advisor in Kota Marudu Sabah. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of our top-quality motor vehicles. Your deep product knowledge and consultative approach will be key to helping our customers find the perfect vehicle to suit their needs.

What you'll be doing

1. Identifying customer requirements through active listening and needs analysis

2. Demonstrating vehicles and their features to prospective customers

3. Negotiating sales prices and closing deals in a professional manner

4. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our product range, pricing and promotions

5. Providing post-sales support to ensure a positive customer experience

6. Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets

7. Contributing to the development of sales strategies and initiatives

What we're looking for

1. Proven track record in sales, preferably within the automotive industry

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers

3. Strong negotiation and closing skills

4. Passion for the automotive industry and a deep understanding of vehicle features and specifications

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

6. Relevant sales qualifications or certifications would be an advantage
