About the role

As a Sales Advisor at Inovatif Motor Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales of the company's diverse range of motor vehicles. This full-time position is based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, where you will have the opportunity to contribute to the company's growth and success within the local market.

What you'll be doing

• Actively engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored recommendations on the most suitable vehicle options

• Demonstrate and showcase the features and benefits of Inovatif Motor's vehicle offerings to potential customers

• Assist customers throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase and delivery

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities

• Collaborate with the broader sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies

• Stay up-to-date with the latest product information, industry trends, and competitor offerings

• Provide excellent after-sales support and follow-up with customers to ensure their satisfaction

What we're looking for

• At least 1 year of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the automotive industry

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with and influence customers

• Excellent product knowledge and the capacity to quickly learn about new vehicle models and features

• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

• Customer-centric mindset and a commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

• Proficiency in the local language (Bahasa Malaysia)
