Support daily manufacturing and production operations to ensure smooth workflow.

Assist in operating production equipment in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Prepare and manage materials required for production activities.

Perform basic product inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Record production data and complete related documentation accurately.

Identify and report production, equipment, or quality issues to the supervisor promptly.

Maintain workplace cleanliness, safety, and 5S standards.

Work closely with Production, QA, Engineering, Warehouse, and other departments to support operational requirements.

Comply with company policies, safety regulations, ESD requirements, and quality management procedures.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and product quality.

Carry out other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Minimum SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in any field.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Experience in a manufacturing environment is an added advantage.

Willing to work in a manufacturing environment and shift rotation (if required).

Able to follow work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Responsible, self-motivated, and willing to learn.

Good teamwork and communication skills.

Basic computer literacy is an added advantage.
