Sales Manager – BIM & Digital Engineering Solutions (Singapore)

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth and expand our client base within Singapore's construction and engineering sectors. The role focuses on promoting BIM, digital engineering, and construction technology solutions while building strong client relationships and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business.
• Build relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, architects, and engineering firms.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Achieve revenue targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of sales/business development experience, preferably in construction, engineering, BIM, or technology solutions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of BIM, AutoCAD, or digital construction technologies is an advantage.

Pay: $5,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
