Job Title: Operation Executive - Youth Centre

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

1. Keep Things Running Smoothly & Make the Space Awesome:

• Lead the daily operations at the Youth Centre, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

• Coordinate facility repairs and improvements, maintaining a safe and vibrant environment.

• Innovate with fresh ideas to enhance the youth experience, implementing new services and upgrades based on feed.

2. Manage the Budget Like a Pro:

• Take the lead on budgeting, keeping track of resources, and making sure we spend wisely while maintaining great service.

• Manage repair and maintenance budgets to keep costs under control and everything running smoothly.

3. Build Awesome Connections:

• Create strong, positive relationships with the team, partners, and youth to foster a collaborative vibe.

• Work with others to bring our goals to life, ensuring we’re always improving and making an impact

Requirements:

• Operations Guru: You’ve got experience in managing and leading operations, with a knack for making things happen and rallying teams together.

• Finance Savvy: You understand budgeting and finance and are ready to dive in with support from the team.

• People Person: You excel at building relationships and connecting with people from all grounds.
