- Lead delivery of cybersecurity projects across infrastructure, applications, or cloud environments
- Implement security controls aligned with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
- Conduct risk assessments and define mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed security into system design
- Oversee incident response and support threat management activities
- Manage team performance and contribute to capability development
- Provide guidance on security best practices and standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field
- 8–12 years of experience in cybersecurity or information security roles
- Strong knowledge in at least one domain (e.g., cloud security, IAM, network security)
- Experience delivering security solutions in enterprise environments
- Ability to manage stakeholders and project deliverables effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
