About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support digital transformation and technology initiatives by working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and project teams. You will be responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, recommending solutions, and ensuring successful delivery of digital products and enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and system requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and requirements gathering sessions.
• Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with product managers, project managers, developers, architects, QA, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
• Support solution design, impact analysis, and technology evaluation.
• Coordinate and support system integration, testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and production readiness.
• Track change requests, manage requirement traceability, and maintain project documentation.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and business cases for stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support digital transformation programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience as an IT or Digital Business Analyst.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and solution design.
• Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid environments.
• Experience preparing user stories, business requirements documents (BRD), functional specifications, workflow diagrams, and process maps.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Visio, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in one or more of the following is an advantage:

• Digital transformation projects
• Government or public sector projects
• Enterprise applications
• System integration
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCC)
• Data analytics or BI
• Product management
• Procurement or contract management
• Process improvement or service design
• AI-enabled solutions

Professional certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, Scrum Master/Product Owner or similar are preferred.

Pay: $5,000.00 - $8,500.00 per month
