We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Server to join our team at Margie the Market Bar. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and providing excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring a great dining experience.
• Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Clear and reset tables, maintaining cleanliness of the dining area.
• Process customer payments accurately.
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an F&B or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
