Description and Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Feature Development & Customization: Design, develop, and maintain UEFI/BIOS firmware features tailored to specific customer requirements and next-generation server architectures.
Customer & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a key technical liaison. Work closely with customers, project managers, hardware engineers, and BMC teams to clarify specifications, define technical scopes, and co-develop solutions.
System Debugging & Root Cause Analysis: Perform deep-level debugging for complex system issues across the entire product development lifecycle.
Factory & NPI Support: Provide firmware troubleshooting and technical support during factory build events (NPI/MP) to resolve production-line issues and ensure smooth manufacturing processes.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
At least 5 years of working experience.
Solid programming skills in C language.
Experience with UEFI architecture, EDK II framework, and server platforms (Intel/AMD/ARM).
Strong problem-solving skills with experience using hardware debuggers (e.g., ITP, JTAG) and analyzing system logs (dmesg, SEL).
Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, with the ability to discuss complex technical details with internal teams and external customers.
