About the role

We are seeking an experienced Operation Manager/AOM (Assistant Operations Manager) to join our dynamic team at our Tsuen Wan location. This is a full-time position based in Tsuen Wan, Tsuen Wan District. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operational activities, ensuring service excellence, and managing teams to deliver high-quality facilities management and body corporate services. This position is integral to maintaining our operational standards and driving the efficiency of our property management services.

Key responsibilities

• 
  Oversee and manage daily operations of cleaning and facilities management services across assigned properties

• Supervise, train, and motivate operational teams to ensure consistent service delivery and adherence to company standards

• Schedule and allocate resources effectively to meet service requirements and operational targets

• Monitor and maintain cleaning schedules, maintenance protocols, and safety standards across all managed facilities

• Respond to and resolve operational issues, complaints, and concerns from clients and team members promptly

• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and services to ensure quality standards are maintained

• Liaise with body corporate committees, property owners, and tenants to ensure satisfaction and address concerns

• Maintain accurate records of operations, incidents, maintenance activities, and service delivery

• Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all managed properties

• Report on operational performance and provide recommendations for process improvements

• Coordinate with senior management on strategic initiatives and operational planning

What we're looking for

• 
  Proven experience of 3-5 years in facilities management, or operations management

• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience with the ability to supervise and motivate staff

• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels

• Knowledge of cleaning standards, health and safety regulations, and property management practices

• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges

• Proficiency in computer systems and property management software

• Ability to work flexible hours and respond to operational emergencies when required

• Fluency in English and Cantonese (both written and spoken) is advantageous

• Relevant qualifications in facilities management, property management, or business administration are preferred

• Valid driver's licence is an advantage for site visits and inspections
