Job summary
Manage daily operations, manpower planning, safety compliance, documentation, team supervision, training coordination, and vendor management while ensuring customer requirements, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement are achieved.
Responsibility and Authority
- Monitor and guide the daily operations activities.
- Planning and lead operation team to meet customer requirements.
- Arrange manpower to fulfill operation schedule.
- Assist operation personnel to solve their work-related issues.
- Prepare and update SOP/ work Instruction for all operation tasks.
- Responsible for ensuring the operation team follows SOP and safety precautions at workplace.
- Responsible for ensuring all company documents are updated/renewed. (Police licenses, DOE licenses, materials SDS, tools stamping etc.)
- Perform administrative task, daily data entry, documents verification and filing.
- Perform monthly attendance report for general worker.
- Perform monthly operation and safety training to operation team.
- Liaise with HR to arrange workers to attend necessary training (Forklift training, medical surveillance and etc).
- Liaise with HR and EHS personnel to solve general workers affairs.
- Liaise with site vendors/clinics for forklift service & maintenance, tools Safety & Stability calibration & stamping, and medical surveillance.
- Liaise with EHS personnel on safety and health issues to fulfill customer requirements.
- Aligned with the management team to ensure all operational activities in customer site have fulfilled the requirements.
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by immediate supervisor or customer.
Minimum Requirements
- Professional qualifications in related fields or equivalents.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in similar position.
- The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment.
- Computer literate, self-motivated, and with high degree of responsibilities,
- Good leadership skills.
- Result oriented and willing to work under pressure and tight schedule.
Pay: $20,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month
