Position: Shift Trainer (FE Shift Trainer, ME Shift Trainer & BE FT Shift Trainer)

Job Description:

• Organize/ Conduct training for new and existing employees.
• Prepare training and competency assessment materials.
• Update and maintain training and certification records and documents.
• Coordinate mentorship and development programs.
• WI and systems improvement for training process.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM.
• Minimum 2 Years of working experience in Manufacturing environment.
• Good attitude towards learning, highly motivated and able to work under minimum supervision.
• Able to communicate effectively (read/write) in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, Camstar, eCOI, reject criteria ,OCAP etc.
• Familiarity with Front End STS & RTR process & equipment for FE Shift Trainer
• Familiarity with Mid End STS & RTR process & equipment for ME Shift Trainer
• Familiarity with Final Test process & equipment for BE Shift Trainer
• IT system support, will be an added advantage.
• Willing to work on Shifts, subject to change at management’s discretion.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
