Job Responsibilities:

Equipment

• Ensureall molding equipment can operate without any technical breakdown.
• Supportand manage equipment spare parts and spare parts inventory control for moldings. Prepare/publish analysis and improvement plans on equipment downtime.
• Prepare/execute scheduled and periodic maintenance for molding equipment. Process
• Lead molding technicians and operators to produce parts free of quality defects.
• Handleall quality issues in molding before submitting for QA buy-off.
• Evaluate processes and resolve daily process issues.
• Ensureall operations are carried out according to SOP and OI.
• Supportmolding planning to ease and reduce setup downtime.
• Establish Process Flow/OI for new and existing products.
• Establish new process parameters for new tooling and work with tooling engineers for improvements.
• Update routing information into Power Link for all molded parts and secondary parts.
• Others
• Alwayscomply with workplace safety requirements.
• Maintain 5S and housekeeping standards.
• Responsible for molding customer complaints and respond to customers within 3–5 working days.
• Assist in ISO and customer audits.
• Leadmolding WIP count activities on a weekly basis.
• Developtraining and development plans for molding personnel.
• Submitweekly/monthly reports to HOD without fail.
• Ensuredepartment KPIs are achieved.

Job Requirements:

• DegreeinEngineering.
• Preferable min 2-3 years related experience in injection molding environment.
• Demonstrates hands-on experience on processing, repair and replace molds and machine parts.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

Experience:

• injection molding: 2 years (Preferred)
