Location: Perai, Penang

Key Responsibilities

• Manage receiving, inspecting, and storing goods to ensure quality and accuracy
• Monitor and coordinate delivery schedules with suppliers, customers, and transporters
• Oversee inventory control, including stock accuracy and FIFO practices
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly stock take and reporting
• Prepare and verify shipping and delivery documentation (DO, shipping docs, customs forms)
• Liaise with forwarding agents for shipment and customs declarations
• Track and record incoming and outgoing goods movement
• Identify discrepancies, damages, and coordinate with accounting for resolution
• Maintain proper documentation and filing system for audit and tracking
• Ensure warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Continuously improve warehouse processes for efficiency and accuracy

Requirements

• Mandarin & English (mandatory for communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders)
• Experience: Minimum 1 years in warehouse / logistics / inventory role
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship may be considered (lower range)
• Technical Skills: MS Excel (basic to intermediate), Inventory tracking / data entry systems
• Knowledge: Warehouse operations & inventory management & Shipping documentation & logistics coordination

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
