We are looking for a talented and passionate Cook/Chef to join our culinary team at Kopi Ping Cafe Kota Kinabalu International Airport. The ideal candidate should have a love for food, creativity in the kitchen, and a strong work ethic. If you have experience preparing delicious meals and are ready to bring your skills to a dynamic team, we would love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to our standards.
• Ensure food quality and presentation are at the highest level.
• Assist in creating and developing new menu items.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
• Handle food inventory and manage ingredients efficiently.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a cook or chef in a restaurant or kitchen.
• Knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Culinary degree or certification is a plus (but not required).
• Work on shift, Weekends & Public Holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
