Location: Singapore (On-site)

Experience Required:-1–3 Years

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to Bloomberg, Reuters/Eikon, WebICE

• Experience with ETRM/CTRM platforms such as CoreTRM, Endur, Allegro

• Basic application support, user administration, and vendor coordination

SystemBender is looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to join a dynamic trading environment where technology plays a critical role in business operations. If you have experience supporting trading floor users and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Provide Level 1 desktop and end-user IT support

Manage incidents and service requests within SLA timelines

Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and peripherals

Support trader workstations, multi-monitor setups, and specialized devices

Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues

Perform device imaging, system setup, and IT asset management

Coordinate with vendors and maintain accurate support documentation

Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.

Mandatory Skills:

Experience supporting trading floor IT operations within Energy Trading, Commodities Trading, or Financial Trading environments

Windows Desktop Support & Service Desk experience

Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills

Experience with Active Directory and user support

Knowledge of IT asset management and device imaging

Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
