Role Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Interns to support our Delivery Centre recruitment team for ASPAC, in sourcing and hiring top talent for various business functions. This internship provides hands-on exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, employer branding, and recruitment operations. Three openings are available under the Delivery Center recruitment team.

Role Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Interns to support our Delivery Centre recruitment team for ASPAC, in sourcing and hiring top talent for various business functions. This internship provides hands-on exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, employer branding, and recruitment operations. Three openings are available under the Delivery Center recruitment team.
Principle Accountabilities:
- Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conducts initial phone interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documentation.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases.
- Update recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
- Post job advertisements across recruitment platforms.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Asist the Delivery Centre team on the recruitment administration task.
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
