Responsibilities

• Assist in determining and maintaining Export Control Classification Numbers (ECCN) and Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) codes.
• Screen customers and partners against global watchlists to ensure compliance with international regulations.
• Perform due diligence on international entities, verifying and evaluating ownership structures to identify and escalate potential compliance risks.
• Coordinate the collection, review, and tracking of End-Use/End-User Statements (EUS) to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain strict internal and regulatory record keeping policies in line with requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to embed compliance checkpoints into daily business process.
• Assist in updating internal compliance documents.
• Monitor global regulatory changes and integrate into daily operations.
• Support both internal and external audits.

Requirements:

• Degree / Higher Diploma in International Business, Supply Chain, Science, or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in global trade, logistics, or data analysis. Experience in logistics or freight forwarding industry is a plus.
• Foundational understanding of the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR), HTS concepts, and global sanctions regimes.
• Familiarity with looking up trade regulations, reading technical data sheets, and working with trade databases or screening tools.
• Good command of English and Mandarin in both speaking and writing.
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking.
