- Drawing Preparation and Coordination
- Prepare shop drawings for client/consultant's approval.
- Prepare service for architectural coordination drawings and obtain approvals for construction.
- Liaise with suppliers/subcontractors to prepare and obtain approvals for submissions.
- Prepare an architectural Method of Statement.
- Liaise with site engineers/consultants on design and detail requirements.
- Advise on practicality and feasibility in construction details.
- Ensure documentation control of drawings, including easy retrieval.
- Design and Compliance
- Assist project managers in preparing sketch design drawings for consultants' approval.
- Check shop drawings submitted by subcontractors or specialists for compliance.
- Interpret structure and M&E drawings in conjunction with architectural drawings and specifications.
- Ensure all architectural works are carried out in accordance with drawing specifications.
- Highlight discrepancies between drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Site Coordination
- Carry out inspections with project manager/consultant to resolve discrepancies and details on-site.
- Lead coordination on-site between Architecture, C&S (Civil & Structural), M&E (Mechanical & Electrical), and Medical Equipment.
- Arrange architectural interactions to get client's approval on the design/proposed materials.
- Administrative and Communication
- Prepare minutes of meetings when required by the client.
- Assist project managers in architectural issues.
- Monitor work progress.
- Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant high-rise building experience.
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Degree, Professional certificate, or equivalent.
- Good communication skills.
- Positive working attitude.
- Punctuality with a high level of responsibility.
- Ability to work independently.
- Required skills in MS Project, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
- Candidates from a construction background, preferably with experience in main-contracting, are preferred.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
