Job Target

• A quality technician performs quality control checks on products during the production cycle to ensure items meets the specified quality. He also needs to lead the overall operation of quality department in order to ensure the quality system is implemented and quality products are assured.

Job Description

• Responsible for assuring all company quality expectations are being satisfies at all manufacturing and inspection process steps, also identify and implement continuous quality improvement activities.
• Manage and lead in the quality of new development parts, modified parts, model changed or process changed.
• Responsible for quality plan implementation through data compilation and analysis
• Perform inspection at all defined stages of process and prepare QC check sheet
• Ensure the audit reports updated correctly
• Involve in quality improvement activity
• Assist QA Engineer to perform line process/product audit.
• Attend and resolve customers' complaint.
• Assist QA Engineer to follow-up for closure of Corrective Action Report.
• Responsible for performing inspections associated with Module and Higher-level products, while keeping quality and efficiency at the highest priority.
• Performs required VISUAL inspection on all products.
• Verifies product conformity against process and product documentation.
• Assist QA Engineer in day-to-day production Quality issues.
• Additional duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Electronic/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 1 year (s) of working experience in the related field. Fresh graduates are encouraging to apply.
• Experience with manufacturing environment Higher Level Assembly (HLA).
• Technical knowledge and experience with electronic products and processes along product lifecycle, experience with electronic industry manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to solve complex problems.
• Must be computer literate.
• Good verbal and inter communication skill in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Able to work under time pressure
• Self-discipline
• Able to attend Recovery / Overtime on non-working days.
