Job Responsibilities:

• Offer technical support and advise to customers on operating and maintain the machines.
• Built and maintain relationship with existing clients, distributors and dealers.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Setup and Commission CNC Mill, CNC Turn machines at customer’s place
• Able to perform CNC programming and interpret technical drawing
• Troubleshoot machine breakdown
• Training customers on how to use machines
• To fulfil and achieve the ad-hoc duties duly assigned by superior
• Able to work independently, self-motivated, highly resourceful and organized

Job Requirements:

• Min. N / O level or any technical qualification in Precision Machining or equivalent
• Minimum 2-3 years of CNC Machine working experience
• Able to operate both CNC milling and turning lathe machines.
• Candidate must be fluent in English, in order to communicate with oversea customer
