Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with recruitment leads from various channels, including social media, community groups, referral programmes, banners, and flyers.
• Contact applicants who have registered but have not reported for work.
• Manage 100+ WhatsApp groups for newly onboarded and existing employees, providing support on salary, work locations, shift schedules, and general inquiries.
• Coordinate and support new hire onboarding activities.
• Assist with OPS ID creation, especially during peak seasons and weekends

Requirements:

• Diploma or at least 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Menara Southpoint, Kuala Lumpur

Working Hours: Monday – Friday ( 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM )

Pay: RM2,500.00 per month
