• Assist in issuing purchase orders (PO) and procurement documentation
• Source and compare suppliers for materials/services
• Follow up with suppliers on pricing, delivery, and order status
• Maintain and update purchase records and supplier database
• Assist in inventory tracking and stock control
• Coordinate with store, site, and finance teams
• Check with invoices against delivery orders and POs
• Support cost control and procurement reporting

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• New graduates or some experience in purchasing / procurement preferred
• Basic knowledge of procurement process and supply chain
• Good Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Team player and willing to learn
